How do I place an order?
Add the vials you want to the cart and check out with an email address and a shipping address. The order is created the moment you submit it, and an email with the order number lands right after. Payment is arranged in the next step, so nothing stalls at checkout while you decide which method to use.
My order says "Processing" — what does that mean?
Every order enters Processing the second it is placed. That status means the order is logged and waiting on payment to be arranged and settled. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, the status moves to Fulfilled and tracking is emailed to you.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it still reads Processing. Email support@hiracompound.com with the order number and what needs to change — quantity, item, or address. Once the status flips to Fulfilled the parcel is already moving and can no longer be edited or canceled.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout goes through without one, and the order number in the email is all that is needed to pull the order up. Creating an account just keeps past orders and addresses together for repeat buys.
