Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Add the vials you want to the cart and check out with an email address and a shipping address. The order is created the moment you submit it, and an email with the order number lands right after. Payment is arranged in the next step, so nothing stalls at checkout while you decide which method to use.

Question 2

My order says "Processing" — what does that mean?

Accepted Answer

Every order enters Processing the second it is placed. That status means the order is logged and waiting on payment to be arranged and settled. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, the status moves to Fulfilled and tracking is emailed to you.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as it still reads Processing. Email support@hiracompound.com with the order number and what needs to change — quantity, item, or address. Once the status flips to Fulfilled the parcel is already moving and can no longer be edited or canceled.

Question 4

Do I need an account to buy?

Accepted Answer

No. Checkout goes through without one, and the order number in the email is all that is needed to pull the order up. Creating an account just keeps past orders and addresses together for repeat buys.

Question 5

Do you handle bulk or institutional orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email support@hiracompound.com with the item, quantity, and destination, and you get pricing and lead time back in writing. Universities, research groups and independent labs that need a quote or an invoice ahead of purchase are handled the same way — by email, before the order is placed.

Question 6

Which payment methods are offered?

Accepted Answer

Direct bank transfer. The account name, routing number and account number are emailed to you with your order confirmation. All prices are in USD.

Question 7

How is payment arranged after I place the order?

Accepted Answer

The order is placed first and sits in Processing while payment is arranged. The bank details arrive by email with your order confirmation. Quote your order number as the payment reference so the transfer can be matched, and the order is cleared for packing as soon as the funds land.

Question 8

When does my order ship relative to payment?

Accepted Answer

Packing begins once the transfer lands. A domestic bank transfer normally takes one to three business days to clear, and the order moves into packing on the next business day after that. Nothing is dispatched before the funds have cleared.

Question 9

Why is there only one payment method?

Accepted Answer

Direct bank transfer is the one method that can be honoured exactly as described, every time, with no card details entered anywhere on this site. Listing options that could not be delivered reliably would be worse than offering one that always works. If bank transfer does not suit you, email support@hiracompound.com before ordering.

Question 10

How fast do orders ship?

Accepted Answer

Parcels go out within one to two business days after payment settles, Monday through Friday. Standard US transit is typically two to five business days after that. Orders placed over a weekend are picked up the next business day.

Question 11

Which delivery services can I choose?

Accepted Answer

Everything ships with UPS, and you pick the service at checkout: UPS Ground at 12.00 USD (free on orders over 150.00 USD), 3 Day Select at 24.00 USD, 2nd Day Air at 34.00 USD, Next Day Air Saver at 54.00 USD, or Next Day Air at 69.00 USD. Transit is counted in business days from dispatch, and every service needs one to two business days of processing first. Free shipping applies to Ground only — an air service is charged in full whatever the order is worth.

Question 12

How do I track my parcel?

Accepted Answer

Tracking is emailed the moment the order moves from Processing to Fulfilled. If nothing arrives within a day of that status change, or the number has not scanned 48 hours later, send the order number to support@hiracompound.com and it gets chased with the carrier.

Question 13

Do you ship outside the United States?

Accepted Answer

Parcels leave from Manchester, Maryland, and US addresses are the default. International requests are assessed one destination at a time, so email support@hiracompound.com with the country and the items before ordering. Import rules, duties and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, and some destinations cannot be served at all.

Question 14

How is the order packed?

Accepted Answer

Vials travel in a plain outer box with no product names printed on the outside. Lyophilized vials are wrapped and braced so they cannot shift in transit, and the 30 mL solution is sealed separately. A packing slip with the order number goes inside.

Question 15

What is in KLOW 80mg?

Accepted Answer

One lyophilized blended vial at 89.99 USD. The Janoshik certificate for the batch reports a total assayed content of 96.31 mg at purity of 99% or higher. It is supplied strictly as a reference material for in-vitro laboratory research, and the certificate can be verified independently using the key published on the product page.

Question 16

Does the NAD+ 500mg vial really contain 500 mg?

Accepted Answer

The Janoshik report for the batch measured 536.16 mg of NAD+ in the vial, above the 500 mg label figure, at purity of 99% or higher. That analysis is dated March 18, 2026 under task #121832. The vial is 54.99 USD.

Question 17

What is the Reconstitution Solution 30mL?

Accepted Answer

A lab-grade 30 mL vial, labeled multiple-dose, supplied sealed and unopened. It is used to reconstitute lyophilized reference material for in-vitro bench work and carries no assay certificate of its own. It is sold separately at 19.99 USD.

Question 18

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

Accepted Answer

A COA is the third-party report for one specific batch: identity, how much compound is actually in the vial, and purity, measured after filling. Janoshik Analytical performs the testing for the catalog here. The report is published on the product page, so the numbers are readable before you buy rather than after.

Question 19

How do I verify a COA myself?

Accepted Answer

Go to janoshik.com/verify and enter the verification key printed on the report. KLOW 80mg is key 7PIUBWRNT7IG (task #81068, batch 635966, analyzed September 30, 2025). NAD+ 500mg is key ZWDXE2FRIJTE (task #121832, analyzed March 18, 2026). The result is returned by Janoshik directly, not by this site.

Question 20

How should the vials be stored, and how long do they keep?

Accepted Answer

Sealed lyophilized vials are kept cold, dry and out of direct light, and they remain stable far longer that way than after opening. Reconstituted material is much less stable and is treated as short-lived. Stability and storage calls belong to the receiving researcher, with the analysis date on the COA as the reference point.

Question 21

What does "Research Use Only" actually mean?

Accepted Answer

Every item here is a reference compound for in-vitro laboratory research. None of them are drugs, supplements, food or cosmetics, and none are supplied for human or veterinary use in any form. Placing an order means agreeing that the material stays in a research setting.

Question 22

Who is eligible to buy?

Accepted Answer

Buyers must be 21 or older and purchasing for qualified research — an institution, a research group, or a credentialed independent researcher. The buyer is solely responsible for handling, storing and disposing of the material lawfully under all applicable state and federal rules. Orders that read as personal use are declined.

Question 23

Have these products been evaluated by the FDA?

Accepted Answer

No. These compounds have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not approved for any human or veterinary use. Nothing on this site describes a health outcome, and no wording here should be read as one.

Question 24

Who is behind Hira Compounds?

Accepted Answer

It is a sole proprietorship, independently owned and operated by a single proprietor at 3100 Warehime Rd, Manchester, MD 21102. Orders, packing and email all route through the owner, which is why replies come back direct. The vial labels read "Hirā Compounds"; the shop trades as Hira Compounds.

Question 25

How do I get in touch?

Accepted Answer

Email support@hiracompound.com or call +1 (877) 940-3557, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm ET. Email is usually faster because the order number, photos and tracking all travel in one message. Anything sent after hours is answered the next business day.

Question 26

Can you advise on protocols, quantities or preparation?

Accepted Answer

No, never, in any form. No protocols, quantities, preparation steps, comparisons between compounds, or anything resembling technical or medical guidance is given by email or by phone. Questions about orders, payment, shipping, COAs and product identity are covered — every technical decision belongs to the qualified researcher.

Question 27

A vial arrived damaged or the order is wrong. What now?

Accepted Answer

Email support@hiracompound.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos of the vial, the packing slip and the outer box. Cracked, broken or leaking vials are replaced or refunded once the photos are reviewed, and a wrong item is corrected the same way. Hold on to the packaging until the claim is closed.
