Terms of Service

These terms govern every visit to hiracompound.com and every order placed through it. Hira Compounds supplies research-use-only reference compounds to qualified researchers and institutions, and nothing sold here is a drug, supplement, cosmetic or food. Browsing the site or placing an order means you accept these terms in full.

Last updated September 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Hira Compounds, the individually owned business that operates hiracompound.com. Browsing the site, creating an account, contacting support, or placing an order means you accept these terms exactly as written on the day you act.

If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not order from it. There is no partial acceptance.

Other policies published on this site, including the shipping, returns and privacy pages, are made part of these terms by reference. Where a product page states something specific about a single item, that product page controls for that item only.

2. Who You Are Buying From

Hira Compounds is a sole proprietorship: an individually owned business, independently owned and operated by a single proprietor. Orders, support, packing and shipping are handled directly by the owner.

The trading name Hira Compounds and the mark that appears on vial labels as Hirā Compounds refer to the same individually owned business. Any reference in these terms to "we", "us" or "our" is a reference to that business and to the owner personally.

The trading address and contact points are listed in the Contact section at the end of these terms.

3. Eligibility

This site is not open to the general public. You may only place an order if every statement below is true of you at the time you order.

Ordering is a representation that you meet these conditions. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate cancellation and a permanent order block.

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, university, or a laboratory that carries out in-vitro work.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and if you order for an institution you have authority to bind it to these terms.
  • You are responsible for confirming that receiving, storing and handling these materials is lawful where you are, and where they will be delivered.
  • Account and shipping details you submit are accurate and kept current.
  • You will supply proof of research affiliation or intended laboratory use on request. Orders may be held until that proof is received.

4. Research Use Only: License and Buyer Covenant

Every product sold on this site is a research-use-only reference material, supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified persons. The products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the material for in-vitro laboratory research only. No other license is granted, expressly or by implication.

By placing an order you make the following covenant. It survives delivery, and it survives termination of your account.

  • You will not administer any product to a human being or to any animal, by any route, under any circumstance.
  • You will not use any product in or on the human or animal body, in food, in drink, in a supplement, in a cosmetic, in a drug preparation, or in a medical device.
  • You accept that these products are not drugs, supplements, food, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.
  • You will confine all handling to a controlled laboratory setting, by personnel trained in handling research chemicals, using appropriate protective equipment and disposal practices.
  • You are solely responsible for the safe, lawful handling, storage, transfer and disposal of everything you order.
  • You will not request, and will not receive, any guidance on dosing, administration or human or veterinary application. None is available here.

5. Listings, Specifications and Certificates of Analysis

Product listings describe the material as tested. Third-party analytical testing is carried out by Janoshik Analytical, and the resulting certificates are published on the relevant product pages so you can read them before you buy.

Every certificate carries a verification key that can be checked independently at janoshik.com/verify. Verify before you order if the identity of the material matters to your work, which it should.

Certificates are batch-specific. A published certificate describes the batch that was tested on the date shown. It is a record of that analysis, not a promise that every future batch will report identical figures, and it is not a warranty of performance in any assay or protocol.

The certificates currently published are: KLOW 80mg, Janoshik task 81068, batch 635966, analyzed September 30, 2025, verification key 7PIUBWRNT7IG, with a total assayed content of 96.31 mg; and NAD+ 500mg, Janoshik task 121832, analyzed March 18, 2026, verification key ZWDXE2FRIJTE, with a total assayed content of 536.16 mg. Both are stated at a purity of 99% or higher.

Reconstitution Solution 30mL is a lab-grade 30 mL multiple-dose vial supplied sealed and unopened, for laboratory reconstitution of lyophilized reference material.

Photography, colors and vial imagery are representative. Typographical errors, listing mistakes and specification updates happen, and may be corrected at any time without prior notice, including after an order is placed.

6. Pricing and Availability

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Current catalog pricing is KLOW 80mg at 89.99 USD, NAD+ 500mg at 54.99 USD, and Reconstitution Solution 30mL at 19.99 USD.

Listed prices exclude shipping and any taxes, duties or import charges, which are calculated at checkout or are payable by you on delivery.

Prices and stock levels can change at any time without notice. The price shown on your order confirmation is the price that applies to that order.

Stock is limited and is not reserved by adding an item to a cart. Quantities per order, per address or per person may be limited, and any limit may be applied after an order is submitted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, the order may be canceled and any amount already transferred returned in full, even if the order was confirmed.

7. Order Acceptance, Refusal and Cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The automatic confirmation email is an acknowledgment that the offer was received. It is not acceptance.

An order is accepted only when the goods are dispatched. Until then, all or part of the order may be refused or canceled.

Canceled orders are notified by email to the address on the order, and any amount already transferred for the canceled items is returned by the same method where possible.

  • Eligibility cannot be confirmed, or requested proof of research use is not supplied.
  • There is reason to believe the material is intended for human or animal use, for resale, or for repackaging.
  • Payment is not arranged within 7 calendar days of the order, or a transfer cannot be matched to the order.
  • The shipping address is incomplete, undeliverable, or in a destination that is restricted by law or carrier policy.
  • The item is out of stock, the listing contained a pricing or specification error, or the order looks fraudulent.
  • Any term of this agreement has previously been broken by you or by the account holder.

8. Payment Terms

Checkout places your order immediately. The order is created in Processing status while payment is arranged with you directly.

Payment is arranged by direct bank transfer. The account name, routing number and account number are sent to the email address on your order, and your order number is used as the payment reference.

Include your order number as the payment reference. Transfers that cannot be matched to an order delay dispatch and may lead to cancellation under section 7.

Goods are dispatched once payment is confirmed as received and cleared. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery by the carrier.

All amounts are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars. Any transfer, intermediary or currency-conversion fee charged by your own bank is yours. If the amount received falls short of the order total, the shortfall must be sent before dispatch.

Payment details are only ever issued from support@hiracompound.com or confirmed by phone on +1 (877) 940-3557. Never send funds to details received from any other source. Payments sent elsewhere cannot be recovered or credited to your order.

9. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss

Orders ship from 3100 Warehime Rd, Manchester, MD 21102, United States, on business days, Monday through Friday. Dispatch timelines and available services are set out on the shipping policy page.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the parcel. Once a parcel is in the carrier network, delivery is under the carrier's control. Support will help you open and pursue a carrier claim for a lost or damaged parcel, and can be reached at support@hiracompound.com.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Parcels returned as undeliverable because of an address error, a refused delivery, or an uncollected parcel can be reshipped once the reshipment cost is settled.

Where an order is shipped outside the United States, you are the importer of record. Duties, taxes, customs clearance, import licensing and compliance with local law on receiving research materials are entirely your responsibility, and customs seizure is not a basis for a refund.

On arrival, store and handle the material as indicated on its label and packaging. Storage conditions after delivery are your responsibility.

10. Prohibited Uses and Resale Restrictions

The following are prohibited without exception. Each one is a material breach of this agreement.

Breach permits immediate cancellation of open orders, termination of your account, refusal of all future orders, and reporting to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

  • Administering, applying or otherwise introducing any product into a human being or an animal.
  • Reselling, distributing, repackaging, relabeling, diluting for onward sale, or listing any product for sale, without prior written permission from the owner.
  • Incorporating any product into a drug, supplement, food, beverage, cosmetic, medical device, or any article intended for human or animal contact.
  • Exporting, re-exporting or transferring any product in breach of United States export law, sanctions or trade controls, or supplying it to a restricted party or destination.
  • Describing, advertising or posting about these products in a way that suggests a health, therapeutic, cosmetic or performance outcome, or that presents them as fit for human or veterinary use.
  • Scraping, copying or republishing site content, certificates or product imagery for commercial use, creating accounts under false information, submitting fraudulent or reversed payments, or interfering with the operation of the site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are supplied as is, for in-vitro laboratory research, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The only representation made about a product is the analytical data published on the certificate for the batch tested.

There is no warranty, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or suitability for any experiment, assay, protocol or application. No warranty is given that a product will produce any particular result, and none is given that a product is fit for any use other than in-vitro laboratory research.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your work, and for validating it in your own setting before relying on it.

The site itself is provided as is. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed, and content may be updated or removed at any time.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply as far as the law allows and no further.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability to you for any claim connected to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

There is no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, and none for lost profits, lost data, lost or spoiled experiments, wasted research time, replacement procurement costs, or reputational harm, whether the claim is framed in contract, tort, strict liability or anything else, and whether or not the possibility of such loss was known.

There is no liability of any kind for loss, injury, harm or legal consequence arising from a product being administered to a human being or an animal, from a product being used outside in-vitro laboratory research, or from any use that breaches section 4 or section 10 of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a jurisdiction limits these exclusions, they apply to the maximum extent that jurisdiction allows.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hira Compounds and its owner against any claim, demand, investigation, penalty, loss, liability, damage or cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or connected to your acts or omissions.

This covers, without limitation, your handling, storage, transfer, onward supply or disposal of any product; any breach of these terms; any violation of law or regulation; any misrepresentation of a product to a third party; and any administration of a product to a human being or an animal by you or by anyone who obtained it through you.

This obligation survives delivery of your order and any termination of your account. Control of the defense of any indemnified claim may be assumed, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully if that happens.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from any order are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Before starting any formal proceeding, contact support@hiracompound.com with a written description of the dispute and the outcome you want. Both sides agree to attempt an informal resolution for 30 days from that notice. Most issues are settled at this stage.

If that fails, the state and federal courts sitting in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

Claims must be brought individually. Class, collective and representative actions are not permitted, to the extent the law allows that restriction.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision is limited or severed and the remainder stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referenced in section 1, are the entire agreement between you and Hira Compounds on this subject.

15. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the catalog, in operations, or in the law. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the revision date below shows when it last changed.

The version in force at the moment you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms for future orders.

Where a change materially affects your rights, a notice will be posted on the site. It is worth re-reading this page before ordering again.
