Every item sold by Hira Compounds is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. That covers the KLOW 80mg vial, the NAD+ 500mg vial, the 30mL Reconstitution Solution, and any batch, sample or replacement of them.

Research use only means the material is a reference substance for controlled bench work carried out by people qualified to carry it out. It is not for consumption, application, inhalation, injection, ingestion or any other use in or on a human or an animal. It is not sold, packaged or intended for any purpose in a living body.

This is the condition on which the sale is made. It applies to the product pages, the certificates of analysis, the packaging, the vial labels, order emails and every other place where these products are described. Where any other wording appears to conflict with this page, this page governs.

These products are not drugs. They are not dietary supplements, not food, not beverages, not cosmetics, not medical devices and not veterinary products. They are not compounded, dispensed or prepared for any of those categories, and they carry none of the controls that those categories require.

The lyophilized vials hold reference material characterized by third-party assay. The Reconstitution Solution is a lab-grade 30mL multiple-dose vial supplied sealed, for dissolving lyophilized reference material at the bench. Nothing beyond that is claimed for either.

Hira Compounds makes no claim, direct or implied, that any item produces any effect in a person or an animal. No description, certificate, email or label from this brand states a benefit, an outcome, a use in a body, or a comparison to any medicine. If you see a claim of that kind attributed to Hira Compounds, it is not authorized — send it to support@hiracompound.com and it will be taken down.

The products sold here have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. None of them is approved, cleared, licensed, certified or registered by the FDA for any use, and no statement on this site has been reviewed by the FDA.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site should be read as an endorsement, a regulatory clearance, or a suggestion that any agency has passed on the safety or suitability of this material for use in a body.

Analytical testing by Janoshik Analytical is chemistry, not regulatory approval. A certificate reports what was measured in a batch. It carries no regulatory status of any kind.

Purchases are limited to qualified researchers and to institutions buying for research. By ordering you assert that every point below is true of you.

Delivery addresses should be a research site, a place of business, or an address where a competent adult can receive and secure the shipment. Verification of eligibility may be requested before an order ships, and an order may be held or canceled while that request is outstanding. Orders are accepted at the discretion of the owner.

Checkout carries an acknowledgment box. Checking it is a contract term, not a formality, and the acknowledgment is stored with the order it belongs to.

By placing an order you agree, for yourself and for anyone you order on behalf of, to all of the following.

If you cannot agree to all of it, do not order. Placing an order after reading this page is treated as agreement to all of it, for every item in that order.

This page does not give handling procedures, and support cannot supply them. Procedures belong to the buyer and the receiving site. What follows is the standard of care expected of anyone who takes delivery.

Cold chain, hold times, solvent choice and bench procedure are decisions for the qualified person doing the work. Nothing here substitutes for the written safety documentation, risk assessment and supervision of the receiving site.

Unused material, reconstituted material, contaminated consumables, empty vials and any sharps used with them must be disposed of under the waste rules of the buyer's institution and the applicable local, state and federal waste code.

Hira Compounds issues no disposal procedure and does not classify waste on a buyer's behalf. Opened vials and a Reconstitution Solution vial with a broken seal are not accepted back. Where the buyer's site has an environmental health and safety function, its rules govern.

Support handles orders, shipping, stock, batch numbers, certificates and payment arrangements. That is the entire scope.

Support will not answer questions of the kinds listed below, in any channel, under any framing, at any time.

Rephrasing the question, calling it hypothetical, saying it is for someone else, or writing from a different address does not change the answer. Requests of that kind are declined, and an order attached to one may be canceled and refunded.

For a health question, speak to a licensed clinician. If a person has been exposed to research material, treat it as an emergency and contact local emergency services or a poison control center immediately.

The buyer is solely responsible for lawful conduct from the moment an order is placed. Law varies by country, state, county and institution, and knowing what applies is the buyer's job, not the seller's.

Any order that suggests non-research use, false eligibility details, or onward supply to consumers will be canceled and refunded, and future orders from that buyer may be refused.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the buyer agrees to hold Hira Compounds and the owner harmless from claims, losses, penalties and costs arising out of the buyer's use, misuse, storage, transfer or disposal of the material after delivery, or out of any false statement made to qualify for a purchase. Nothing in this paragraph limits a right that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party analytical testing is performed by Janoshik Analytical. Certificates are published with the products and can be checked independently at janoshik.com/verify using the key printed on the certificate.

A certificate reports identity and content for the batch tested, on the date shown. It is an analytical result and nothing more. It is not a sterility release, not an endotoxin release, not a safety assessment, and not a statement that the material may be used in or on a living body.
